Water Damage to Commercial Building in Erlanger, Kentucky
Unfortunately, a toilet in the women's bathroom of this commercial building in Erlanger, Kentucky overflowed and left water damage in the bathroom as well as the reception area of the office building. Once arriving onsite and assessing the damages, the SERVPRO of Kenton County water technicians began the dry out process by extracting the standing water. They also removed the baseboards from the reception office hallway. They placed air movers and dehumidifiers in the affected areas to ensure that the tile walls and floors would be thoroughly dried. The equipment was monitored by taking moisture readings and once the readings were acceptable, the dry out process was complete.
