Fire Damage in Newport, Kentucky

In many cases, when a home is damaged by fire, it is necessary to sort and sometimes even remove the contents so that clean up and repairs to the structure can be made. This home in Newport, Kentucky was damaged extensively by a fire that started when a faulty extension cord came into contact with a mattress. The contents of the home needed to be sorted and packed so that the structure could be completely repaired. SERVPRO of Boone County provided all packing materials including boxes, packing paper, and tape. Our technicians packed and sorted the contents. Some of the contents were left on-site and some were removed for cleaning and storing until the structural repairs were complete. Once the repairs were complete, the cleaned contents were moved back to the property.
